Marketing yourself aggressively is essential in today’s tough, highly competitive job market. In this digital age, it’s critical to structure your resume with key words and phrases relevant to your industry so your resume comes to the top of the list in electronic searches. Resumes are not “one style fits all.” Your resume should be as unique as you are. We’ll determine the correct format and layout for your unique situation.
Our resume process consists of four steps:
• Initial consultation by phone (or email) to discuss your career situation and goals. We’ll decide on the scope of work, timelines, and provide a firm project quote.
• Intake Interview in person or by phone, whichever works with your schedule and situation. Please allow at least an hour for us to comprehensively review your strengths, experience, milestones, and objectives. We’ll develop your unique brand and marketing plan, and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise. Payment arrangements are made at this time, too.
• Draft Preparation Your draft is emailed to you for review within three to five business days, depending on complexity and development required. Rush service is available (24-48 hour turnaround) for an additional $100.00 fee. We do everything in our power to ensure you’re ready for critical interviews and appointments. We do not use resume software-every resume is custom-created for your unique brand.
• Review & Completion consultation together after you’ve reviewed your draft. We’ll make any changes or corrections until you’re pleased with your final product. The final version is emailed to you in both Word and pdf formats. We keep your resume permanently on file so we can make periodic updates as you reach new milestones in your career.
